| Overview of the working session. |
According to the report of the Dai Lanh Commune People's Committee, from the beginning of 2026 to present, the locality is estimated to have welcomed more than 10,000 visitors, with total tourism revenue exceeding 20 billion VND. The entire commune currently has 10 accommodation establishments and resorts, with about 200 rooms. Types of tourism currently being exploited include: spiritual tourism, beach resort vacations, coral reef diving, trekking to explore Mui Doi - Hon Dau, night squid fishing, and experiencing fishermen's lives.
However, tourism activities are still mainly small-scale and seasonal; products lack diversity; and destination connectivity remains limited. Transport infrastructure, parking lots, public restrooms, and auxiliary facilities in some areas have not yet met tourism development requirements.
Dai Lanh Commune proposed receiving guidance on developing a pilot marine eco-tourism model linked to high-tech aquaculture; and promptly resolving obstacles related to the road connecting the Mui Doi - Hon Dau national scenic spot. The locality also recommended reviewing delayed tourism projects in the Bai Tay, Bai Bua, and Bai Cat Tham areas; and supporting infrastructure investment connecting the Trai Que eco-tourism area with the civilized fishing village model.
Under the orientation towards 2030, Dai Lanh Commune strives to welcome 25,000 to 40,000 visitors each year, and establish 2 to 3 community tourism models associated with marine eco-tourism, agriculture, and aquaculture experiences.

The People's Committee of Dai Lanh Commune is to coordinate with businesses to support and mobilize local residents to relocate aquaculture cages to designated planning areas, creating space for sustainable marine tourism development.
