According to the report from leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the program framework for the 2026 Khanh Hoa Sea Festival has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee to date; the detailed scripts, commentary, and artistic designs for the Opening Ceremony, the Carnival - Tourist Float Parade, and the Closing Ceremony are basically completed. It is expected that by July 10, the installation of the event's main stage will be approximately 80% complete. Media coverage, visual promotion, and advertising across press, television, and digital platforms are being accelerated by relevant units... In the coming time, the Department will urgently implement visual promotion and advertising for the 2026 Khanh Hoa Sea Festival; coordinate with Vietnam Television to develop content to promote the event; work with the Provincial Gazette and Electronic Information Portal to strengthen publicity and create a ripple effect; collaborate with the Khanh Hoa Tourism Association and accommodation establishments to support guest rooms for international, central, and local delegates; provide room discounts for units and businesses participating in the event; and coordinate with Khanh Hoa Newspaper and Radio and Television to regularly report on activities at the 2026 Khanh Hoa Sea Festival, contributing to spreading awareness of the event both domestically and internationally.

After hearing opinions from meeting members, Mr. Nguyen Long Bien requested that the event organizer coordinate with departments, agencies, and localities to urgently complete tasks according to the set schedule; carefully review traffic diversion plans, ensure power supply, security and order, medical services, fire prevention and fighting, and other conditions to serve the event. The Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee approved the implementation of rehearsal plans starting from July 11; and urged the acceleration of ceremonial arrangements, decoration, and visual promotion to create a vibrant atmosphere ahead of the 2026 Khanh Hoa Sea Festival.
