Accordingly, the Khanh Hoa Tourism Promotion Information Center will station staff at the Tourist Support Center kiosk at Cam Ranh International Airport from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM every day of the week (including holidays and Tet) to provide tourism information, promotional programs, and stimulus offers from tourism businesses, as well as proactively coordinate with relevant authorities to resolve any issues, feedback, or complaints from tourists.
The main support services include:
- Consultation on tourist attractions, entertainment, dining, and transportation.
- Assistance in resolving issues such as solicitation, price gouging, fraud, or theft.
- Guidance on administrative procedures for lost personal documents and passports.
