Concluding the conference, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Long Bien affirmed: Tourism development must be linked with protecting national security and ensuring social order and safety. Khanh Hoa identifies tourism development as an important sector in the province's socio-economic development. Therefore, the requirement is to both create a favorable environment for citizens, businesses, investors, and tourists, and manage strictly, not allowing organizations or individuals to take advantage of open policies or tourism activities to violate the law, infringe upon national defense and security, or damage the image and reputation of the province.
Comrade Nguyen Long Bien requested agencies and units to promptly translate the communicated contents into specific tasks and solutions. Among them, the Provincial Police plays a core role, proactively grasping the situation, identifying risks early and at the grassroots level; strengthening the management of foreigners, preventing and combating cybercrime, transnational crime, and "front" investment activities.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall enhance the effectiveness of state management over accommodation establishments, travel operations, and tour guides; focus on ensuring security and safety in destination quality assessments. Relevant departments and branches shall strengthen the review and management of investment, land, construction, taxation, trade, and cyberspace; strictly handle cases of "unauthorized" investment and commercial fraud.
Commune-level People's Committees are responsible for detecting and handling fraud, soliciting, and overcharging tourists right from the grassroots level. The Provincial Tourism Association and local tourism businesses shall promote the spirit of self-protection and self-management; publicly list prices, compete fairly; proactively adopt digital transformation, and share information with competent authorities.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested agencies and units to implement the "4 Clears" motto: Clear vulnerabilities, clear emerging issues, clear coordination contents, and clear responsibilities of each unit. At the same time, establish a two-way information-sharing mechanism, ensuring clear identification of focal points for receiving information, lead units, coordinating units, and processing deadlines when incidents arise. Khanh Hoa province aims to build a safe, civilized, friendly, and sustainable tourism environment, where tourists feel secure to experience, businesses feel secure to invest, and the people share in the fruits of tourism development.
