With the theme "Colors of the Ocean - Reaching International Heights," the Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2026 will be held from July 17th to 19th at April 2nd Square (Nha Trang Ward) and many other locations throughout the province. This is a national-level cultural and tourism event, with the participation of many central ministries and agencies, provinces and cities nationwide, and international localities with cooperative relations with Khanh Hoa province, featuring over 40 unique activities and programs aimed at promoting the local marine culture and tourism image.
Besides the main program, many supporting activities were continuously organized from the end of June until after the Festival, such as the Khanh Hoa Bird's Nest Festival, commercial food spaces, traditional folk singing performances, an international sailing race, the Week of Agricultural Products and OCOP Products, along with exhibitions, art performances, and street festivals. Particularly, the "Delicious Tastes of the Coastal City - Melodies of Summer" Trade and Cultural Food Fair took place from July 10th to 19th at Tue Tinh Park (Nha Trang Ward), featuring 64 booths showcasing culinary products, regional specialties, OCOP products, and goods for tourists, along with a series of art performances, nightly DJ EDM shows, and demonstrations of local specialties.

Thanks to the rich series of activities before, during, and after the Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2026, the number of visitors to Khanh Hoa increased sharply from the beginning of July and remained high throughout the duration of the programs. Many tour groups chose to stay for extended periods to combine relaxation with participation in cultural, sports, and entertainment activities, and to visit famous tourist attractions such as Nha Trang Bay, VinWonders Nha Trang, Hon Chong scenic spot, Po Nagar Cham Towers National Special Monument, the Oceanographic Museum, coastal resorts in Nha Trang, and Bai Dai tourist area...

According to a report by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, it is estimated that during the 3 days of the Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2026, the total number of visitors to Khanh Hoa for sightseeing and relaxation will reach 787,500; of which 225,000 will be served by accommodation establishments (including 50,000 international visitors), and 562,500 will be tourists. Total revenue from tourism is expected to exceed 1,300 billion VND. The occupancy rate of accommodation throughout the province will exceed 85%, with hotels in the central Nha Trang area and 4-5 star coastal resorts achieving over 90% occupancy, and many establishments remaining fully booked throughout the Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2026.
Ms. Thai Thi Le Hang, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, stated: The Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2026 will continue to affirm its role as a key cultural and tourism event of the province, creating a strong ripple effect and contributing to promoting the image of Khanh Hoa as a destination to a large number of domestic and international tourists; at the same time, affirming Khanh Hoa's position as a center for beach tourism, resorts, and major events in the country.
