On the afternoon of July 10, Comrade Nguyen Long Bien - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, conducted a site inspection of the preparations for the Nha Trang Sea Festival 2026. Accompanying him were leaders of local departments, agencies, sectors, and related businesses.

Comrade Nguyen Long Bien inspected the construction and installation of the grandstand in front of 46 Tran Phu (Nha Trang Ward); the main stage of the Sea Festival at 2/4 Square; the construction area for parade floats in the parking lot of the old Nha Trang airport; and the activities in the culinary space "Taste of the Coastal City - Summer Melody" in the coastal park area opposite Tue Tinh Street.
At the grandstand and main stage construction area, Comrade Nguyen Long Bien requested that the construction unit and event organizers urgently complete the installation of project components according to the schedule and technical requirements, ensure absolute labor safety, and strictly prevent residents and tourists from entering construction areas. At the same time, he requested the Department of Construction to inspect the load-bearing capacity and technical quality of the structures.

Inspecting the construction of floats for the Carnival Festival - Float Parade, Comrade Nguyen Long Bien requested that the organizers adjust and supplement certain image details and colors on the floats to better suit the theme of each vehicle and avoid monotony and repetition in design. This is to ensure that every float appearing before the public expresses its theme and creates a strong visual impression. Additionally, the completion schedule for the floats must be ensured so that rehearsals for the program can proceed on time as planned.
Upon inspecting the "Taste of the Coastal City - Summer Melody" culinary space, Comrade Nguyen Long Bien requested the Department of Health, the Department of Industry and Trade, and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to strengthen inspection and supervision to ensure food safety and hygiene, as well as the origin and source of goods and products. In particular, the culinary space must highlight stalls featuring Khanh Hoa's signature dishes prepared from seafood, goat, sheep, etc.
