On the morning of September 2, on the occasion of the 81st National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2026), at Cam Ranh International Airport, Khanh Hoa Provincial Police held an announcement ceremony to launch the Legal Support and Safety System for International Tourists - Khanh Hoa Travel Assistance. Attending the ceremony were Ms. Thai Thi Le Hang – Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Senior Colonel Tran Minh Truc – Deputy Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police; leaders of Khanh Hoa Newspaper and Radio - Television; representatives of departments, sectors, localities, agencies, units, and the research and development team of the system.

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Colonel Tran Minh Truc stated that the launch of the "Legal Support and Safety System for International Tourists in the Province - Khanh Hoa Travel Assistance" is an event of significant importance, marking a step forward in the application of science, technology, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence (AI) to ensuring security and order, serving the people and international tourists.
Through this platform, tourists can easily access essential information, receive multilingual support, legal guidance, safety skills, and quickly connect with competent authorities when incidents occur. The application of AI, digital data, and intelligent routing systems will contribute to improving the efficiency of receiving and processing information, shortening response times, and supporting police forces in better performing their duties to ensure security and order.
The system is not only a technological solution, but also clearly reflects the motto of building a regular, elite, modern Khanh Hoa Provincial Police force that stays close to the people and serves them wholeheartedly. Thereby, it contributes to fostering the image of Khanh Hoa as a safe, friendly, civilized, and modern destination in the eyes of tourists.

At the ceremony, the author team presented the highlights and utilities of the system; delegates presented flowers of congratulations to the team and performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially put the system into operation. Immediately after activating the system, officers of the Provincial Police directly guided tourists to experience the system at Cam Ranh International Airport, receiving an enthusiastic response and high praise from international visitors.
It is known that the Legal Support and Safety System for International Tourists - Khanh Hoa Travel Assistance will be integrated into the Khanh Hoa Provincial Digital Tourism Platform.

The system "Legal Support and Safety for International Tourists in the Province - Khanh Hoa Travel Assistance" is a breakthrough soft infrastructure, directly linking the safety experience of tourists with destination management capacity. The core functions, content, and utilities of the platform offer instant access: visitors do not need to install an app, but simply scan a QR code at the airport, hotels, or tourist attractions to open the system directly in their browser. The interface and communication flow automatically switch between 5 languages (Vietnamese, English, Chinese, Korean, Russian), helping foreign visitors easily express their needs.
The platform features a Hybrid AI assistant, utilizing a language AI model combined with RAG techniques to understand natural questions, yet strictly restricted to interpreting based solely on the verified legal database, with no fabrication of regulations or fine levels. With smart SOS reporting and routing, when incidents occur such as property loss, accidents, or lost passports, the system collects basic information, images, and GPS coordinates, automatically routing the file to the nearest competent police unit.

The platform also provides 50 safety tips and a legal guide library on temporary residence registration, traffic, and property protection to help visitors understand and comply with Vietnamese law early on. The system turns the perception of safety into a core competitive advantage for local tourism. At the same time, service businesses gain a standardized tool to assist guests, minimizing the risk of procedural errors or media crises caused by delayed responses.
