On the afternoon of August 28, Senior Colonel Pham Anh Tuan, Deputy Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police Department, chaired a meeting to deploy plans ensuring security and order for the Miss World 2026 finals events in the province.
At the meeting, a representative from the Advisory Division of the Provincial Police Department presented the operational plan, assigning duties and deploying personnel and vehicles with a force of over 500 officers and soldiers, focusing on maintaining security, order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, and search and rescue operations at event venues.

Delivering his directive speech, Senior Colonel Pham Anh Tuan instructed the assigned units to proactively stay on top of developments and their designated areas, promptly detecting and addressing any emerging issues; uphold a high sense of responsibility and organizational discipline, recognizing this as a significant event that draws widespread public attention from locals, tourists, and international guests. Officers and soldiers on duty must strictly observe the People's Public Security regulations, maintain professional etiquette, demeanor, and decorum in communication and interaction; ensure full preparation of personnel, vehicles, and equipment as required, proactively implement plans, and remain ready to effectively respond to and handle all scenarios.
Senior Colonel Pham Anh Tuan also asked unit leaders to perform political and ideological education well, motivating officers and soldiers to demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, overcome difficulties, and cooperate closely and cohesively during duty execution, contributing to ensuring absolute safety for all Miss World 2026 finals activities across the province.
The Miss World 2026 finals take place in Khanh Hoa from August 20 to September 5, featuring contestants representing 111 countries and territories. In recent days, contestants have competed in preliminary challenges such as Multimedia, Talent, Top Model, and participated in numerous community activities as well as tours of famous tourist attractions throughout Khanh Hoa. The Miss World 2026 final night will be held at 2/4 Square, Nha Trang.
