With the message “Love for the seas and islands”, the medal of the “Nha Trang Night Run Sanest, Sanvinest - BKH 2026” is exquisitely designed, both honoring the athletes' efforts and fully capturing the cultural identity, natural beauty, and urban rhythm of Nha Trang at night. The running community is eagerly training to conquer the course as well as this meaningful medal.
Message from the medal
The Organizing Committee of the “Nha Trang Night Run Sanest, Sanvinest - BKH 2026” has just unveiled the finisher medal design. This is not only an award recognizing the achievements and efforts to overcome challenges of the running community, but also an artistic and cultural memento of the race. The front of the medal unfolds a vibrant picture of Nha Trang under the night sky. In the center is the image of the Tram Huong Tower in a bronze-gold tone. The background above is a deep blue night sky dotted with stars and the Milky Way. Flanking the Tram Huong Tower are modern high-rise buildings, while at the base of the tower are stylized swirling wave patterns. The upper arch of the medal is embossed with the words “Love for the seas and islands”, and at the very bottom is the logo of the “Nha Trang Night Run Sanest, Sanvinest - BKH 2026”.

The back of the medal delves into the characteristic natural values of Khanh Hoa. An embossed relief depicts the rugged limestone cliffs of the swiftlet islands out in Nha Trang Bay, where swiftlets nest—the source of “white gold” that creates the Sanest and Sanvinest Khanh Hoa bird's nest brands. Flocks of swiftlets soaring across the sky not only symbolize Khanh Hoa but also evoke the spirit of perseverance, endurance, and courage to overcome challenges of the runners. At the very top, the word FINISHER is prominently embossed to recognize the accomplishment of conquering the race. The central area bears the name of the accompanying partner BKH and the name of the “Nha Trang Night Run Sanest, Sanvinest - BKH 2026”.
In terms of materials, the medal is made of metal plated with classic metallic gold, combined with color coating and embossing on the front. The luxurious gold hue set against the deep blue of the sea at night creates a striking visual effect. The circular composition symbolizes completeness, connecting the community of running enthusiasts and their love for Nha Trang. The message spreading “Love for the seas and islands” featured on the medal, associated with community activities, further enriches the medal's meaning of sharing.
Runners ready to conquer
As one of the clubs with a large number of runners registered for the 21km distance in the "Nha Trang Night Run Sanest, Sanvinest - BKH 2026", members of the Ninh Hoa Runner Club are actively practicing, ready to conquer the Nha Trang night route. According to Mr. Vo Ngoc Phu, President of the Ninh Hoa Runner Club, the club was established in mid-2024 and currently has about 70 members. Daily, members regularly train at the April 2 Square area (Ninh Hoa Ward). Participating in the "Nha Trang Night Run Sanest, Sanvinest - BKH 2026", the club has 40 members registered to compete, most of whom chose the 21km distance.
As the race day approaches, the training atmosphere among runners is becoming even more vibrant. In addition to runners who belong to running clubs, independent runners have also set their own goals for the "Nha Trang Night Run Sanest, Sanvinest - BKH 2026". Ms. Huynh Thi Ngoc Chau (Nha Trang Ward) had registered to participate in the Nha Trang Night Run Sanvinest - Khanh Hoa Newspaper 2024, but had to miss it due to personal reasons. In this year's race, Ngoc Chau registered for the 5km distance to experience the atmosphere of the night race and to have the chance to receive the race's commemorative medal. Although her goal is simply to cross the finish line successfully and receive a medal, she has not been complacent in her training. She set a personal goal of running about 4 hours per week with a minimum distance of 20km. This helps improve her fitness while allowing her to fully enjoy the race.
The "Nha Trang Night Run Sanest, Sanvinest - BKH 2026" is directed by the Provincial People's Committee; organized by Khanh Hoa Newspaper, Radio and Television in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and relevant agencies, units, and localities. VietRace365 Joint Stock Company serves as the race operator. Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest One Member State Company Limited is the main sponsor.
Meanwhile, Mr. Ngo Ngoc Thinh (Bac Nha Trang Ward) registered for the 21km distance to gain more experience on the night route while socializing and connecting with other runners. In addition, he set a goal to conquer the half marathon distance with a Sub 2 finish (a finish time under 2 hours). "Running at night with cool air and other external factors will provide runners with extra inspiration to beat their personal records. Therefore, I set a goal for myself to complete the race in under 2 hours. Achieving it will bring personal joy, but if not, I will make training adjustments to strive for future races," Mr. Ngo Ngoc Thinh shared.
On the night of December 12, thousands of runners from many provinces and cities nationwide will gather to conquer the "Nha Trang Night Run Sanest, Sanvinest - BKH 2026" course. This is also an opportunity for everyone to spread the message of "Love for Seas and Islands," take meaningful action toward the community, and share with those in less fortunate circumstances in life.
