On the morning of September 19, the Mass Arts Festival took place in Ninh Hoa Ward to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front (November 18, 1930 – November 18, 2026) and Vietnam Cultural Day (November 24) - Northern Wards Emulation Cluster of Khanh Hoa Province. The festival was organized by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa Province. Comrade Nguyen Trung Dung – Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province – attended the event.

The festival saw the participation of 8 mass art troupes from the wards: Dong Ninh Hoa, Hoa Thang, Ninh Hoa, Nha Trang, Bac Nha Trang, Nam Nha Trang, Tay Nha Trang, and Bac Cam Ranh.

The troupes brought to the festival numerous performances of singing, dancing, orchestral ensembles, etc., themed around praising the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, love for the homeland and country, the tradition of great national unity, and achievements in building cultural life within residential communities. Among them, many performances highlighted images of the seas and islands of Khanh Hoa and local cultural characteristics, contributing to a vibrant and diverse atmosphere for the festival.

The festival is an activity aimed at implementing the movement "All people unite to build cultural life" and the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas in the 2026 - 2031 period". It is also a healthy spiritual and cultural playground for cadres, union members, association members, and the people of the wards to interact, learn, enhance their spiritual and cultural life, and contribute to strengthening the great national unity.
At the conclusion of the festival in the Northern Wards Emulation Cluster of Khanh Hoa Province, the organizing committee awarded the first prize to the mass art troupe of Nam Nha Trang Ward; 2 second prizes went to the mass art troupes of Ninh Hoa and Hoa Thang Wards; third prizes were presented to the 2 mass art troupes of Tay Nha Trang and Dong Ninh Hoa Wards; the remaining teams received consolation prizes. In addition, the organizing committee also presented awards to the 5 most outstanding performances of the festival.
