* Mr. Do Le Huu Nam - Lecturer at Nha Trang University:
It is very convenient for tourists to find out about tourist attractions.
Based on my experience, I found that the Khanh Hoa Province Digital Tourism Platform has rich images and information, with some sections including reference prices, making it very convenient for tourists to find out about tourist attractions. The platform is already available in Vietnamese, English, Korean, and Chinese; I think it needs to be expanded to target this customer group. Regarding prices, they are currently in VND; consider adding a conversion to USD to make it easier for international tourists to understand. Additionally, the platform could add a hotline number so that tourists can contact immediately if they encounter any unexpected problems during the Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2026.

Enhancing the visitor experience.
For me personally, this is a fairly comprehensive digital data system, demonstrating modernization in promoting Khanh Hoa's tourism image and enhancing the experience for tourists who want to learn about and visit this place. In addition, the smart map guides tourists to cultural, culinary, and resort destinations very clearly and scientifically. Especially, the 3D virtual reality tour, allowing tourists to explore attractions remotely with sharp images and automatic commentary, will surely attract and motivate them to pack their bags and visit this place.

In the context of social media being flooded with overly positive and exaggerated reviews that lead to tourist complaints when reality doesn't match what they've seen, the Khanh Hoa Province Digital Tourism Platform will serve as an official information channel. Thanks to the management and accuracy assurance from government agencies, this platform will eliminate misleading tourism information about Khanh Hoa.
* Mr. Sam Sullivan (British nationality):
We hope the platform will continue to be upgraded and provide more information.
I am currently taking a PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) international certification scuba diving course in Nha Trang Bay. Through a recommendation from Saling Club Divers, the organizer of the diving course, I experienced the newly launched Khanh Hoa Province Digital Tourism Platform. The platform is fast, easy to access information, and I was particularly impressed with the beautiful videos and images of Nha Trang. The platform interface is clear and multilingual; the platform space provides a comprehensive and clear explanation of Khanh Hoa tourism through digital technology.

Among the many tourism promotion platforms, we feel more secure accessing the official platform of the Vietnamese State agency. I hope the platform will continue to be upgraded, providing more information and faster access, which would be very convenient for tourists visiting Khanh Hoa.
* Ms. Vo Thi Minh Thu (Nha Trang ward):
A smart "tour guide"
As someone who loves exploring and travels frequently, I was truly impressed by the Khanh Hoa Province Digital Tourism Platform. It's not just a typical destination introduction platform, but also a smart "tour guide," offering many benefits to both domestic and international tourists. What I liked most was the integrated voice guide. Simply select a location, and the app will vividly introduce the history, culture, and interesting aspects of the destination. In addition, the app provides very detailed directions on how to get there, including the best transportation options, distances, and suitable routes. For those visiting Khanh Hoa for the first time or unfamiliar with the area, this feature is incredibly practical, saving time and boosting confidence throughout their journey.

Another highlight is the 3D 360-degree rotating image. Instead of just viewing a few static photos, users can observe the entire space of the destination from many different angles, creating the feeling of being there. This not only helps tourists easily choose a location that suits their preferences but is also very convenient when wanting to recommend it to friends or family before a trip.
I also appreciate that the application is built in a modern, intuitive, and user-friendly way. With just a phone, tourists can find information, plan their trips, and explore Khanh Hoa proactively without having to search from multiple sources. In the context of the increasing digital transformation of tourism, I believe that the Khanh Hoa Province Digital Tourism Platform is a very significant step forward. Not only does it contribute to promoting the beauty of the locality to domestic and international friends, but the application also enhances the tourist experience with practical and useful features. I hope that in the future, more people will know about and use this application. A small tool that brings great value, making each trip much easier, more convenient, and more fulfilling.
* Mr. Nguyen Binh Nguyen - tourist:
Useful "practical" guides
Based on my experience with the Khanh Hoa Provincial Digital Tourism Platform, I believe it is a very large platform, a comprehensive model for a vast tourism and cultural resource spanning the proud history of Khanh Hoa.
I also noticed that the content creation team is very dedicated and understands the psychology of tourists. They address practical topics that everyone visiting Nha Trang wonders about, such as: "How to get between islands using a speedboat or wooden boat?", "What to consider when renting a motorbike?", and especially the article "Taxis and ride-hailing services: How to avoid being ripped off?". Other travel platforms I've experienced before usually only introduce general tourist attractions. The platform's provision of "practical" guides, traffic jam warnings, and warnings about being ripped off is a significant improvement. Labels like "Budget Travel," "Emergency," and "Like a Local" show a very professional data structure. If the interface is optimized later with intuitive icons or image tags, this will be an extremely useful filter to enhance the personalized experience for customers. I hope that the platform will be upgraded to reduce the amount of text and make operations faster to become more complete in the near future.
