The parade will depart from Tue Tinh Park and move along the main route of Tran Phu Street to 2 April Square and the Tran Phu/Le Thanh Ton roundabout. The entire route will be transformed into a dynamic outdoor moving stage, where the blue sea, cultural heritage, tourism, art, and the community seamlessly blend into a modern festive flow, joining a symphony of colors, music, and global integration.
