On the morning of July 16, at the July 16 monument park in Ninh Hoa Ward, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Hoa Ward solemnly held a flower-offering ceremony to commemorate the 96th anniversary of the Revolutionary Struggle Tradition Day of the Party Committee and people of Khanh Hoa province. Attending this solemn ceremony were leaders from the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, representatives from the Propaganda and Training Commission, the Mass Mobilization Commission of the Provincial Party Committee, as well as leaders from neighboring communes and wards.
In an atmosphere of reverence, delegates offered flowers and observed a moment of silence to express their infinite gratitude to the great President Ho Chi Minh, revolutionary predecessors, heroic martyrs, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, and the generations who sacrificed their blood and bones for the independence and freedom of the nation. The flower-offering ceremony was not only an occasion to pay tribute to the great contributions of previous generations but also a meaningful activity to cultivate pride and provide profound patriotic education for officials, party members, and all walks of life, reminding the younger generation to continue promoting the revolutionary spirit to work together in building an increasingly prosperous homeland.
Looking back 96 years in history, the demonstration on July 16, 1930, by the people of Tan Dinh district against the French colonialists and their feudal lackeys has gone down in history as a shining milestone. This was the first large-scale struggle in Khanh Hoa province and the South Central region to achieve a resounding victory under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam. This event created a powerful momentum for the revolutionary movement in the 1930 - 1931 period, marking an important turning point for the struggle movement in the province and opening a new, heroic historical era for the Party Committee and the people of Khanh Hoa.
