Beating 110 contestants, Dominican Republic representative Joheirry Mola won the Miss World 2026 crown. First runner-up was Elisabeth Reynes Alabern (Spain), and second runner-up was Taanusiya Veerapandian (Malaysia).

At the same time, the organizers awarded prizes to contestants who won the subsidiary competitions. The Beauty With A Purpose award was given to Taanusiya Veerapandian of Malaysia and Brunette Manakaka Makanyiso of Zimbabwe.
