With only a few days left until the official opening of the Nha Trang Sea Festival 2026, the local atmosphere is more vibrant and urgent than ever. Preparations ranging from infrastructure and logistics to artistic programming are being accelerated. A special highlight of this year's festival is the participation of over 700 amateur performers. They are practicing day and night at various locations with the highest sense of responsibility and determination to ensure explosive performances.
One of the most impressive rehearsal spaces is the hall and stadium of the 460th Infantry Battalion. Here, nearly 140 officers and soldiers are working hard to refine individual movements and coordinate formations. Despite unpredictable weather, shifting between harsh sun and rain, the pace of training has not slowed down. The soldiers are training through both the afternoon and evening to maintain their health while meticulously perfecting every position and spacing, determined to deliver uniform, cohesive, and visually stunning performances on the big stage.
To ensure thorough preparation for the festival's three main nights, the organizing committee has divided the forces across three specialized rehearsal locations. In addition to the soldiers at the 460th Infantry Battalion, female performers are actively gathered at Ly Tu Trong High School, while children are practicing at the Provincial Children's Cultural Palace. Furthermore, performers from ethnic minority communities are busy rehearsing right in their own localities. Every step and movement by these amateur performers carries pride and excitement, with the hope of bringing the cultural colors and the image of friendly Khanh Hoa people closer to domestic and international friends.
