On the evening of July 15, at April 2 Square (Nha Trang Ward), Mr. Nguyen Long Bien, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, chaired the final rehearsal for the Opening Ceremony of the Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2026.
Attending the rehearsal were leaders of provincial departments, agencies, local authorities, businesses, and event organizers.

During the rehearsal, the production team ran through the entire opening ceremony script, including the opening protocol and artistic performance program.
Particularly noteworthy was the full rehearsal of the artistic program, which consists of three chapters and twelve grand scenes.

A performance featuring the folk cultural identity of Vietnam's coastal communities.
An artistic troupe from Vanuatu participates in the Festival.
During the rehearsal, members of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Artistic Council for Performing Arts provided comments regarding choreography, stage formations, sound and lighting arrangements, stage composition, and the balance of performing formations in several segments. The council also suggested adjustments to certain songs and visual designs.

Speaking at the rehearsal, Mr. Nguyen Long Bien acknowledged the efforts of the creative team, professional and amateur artists, and performers throughout the preparation process.
He requested that the creative team, artisans, artists, and performers continue refining their performances, while the event organizer should review and revise several details based on the council's recommendations. He also emphasized the need for more diverse lighting effects and stage props, as well as contingency plans to promptly respond to potential weather conditions.
Mr. Nguyen Long Bien stressed that all preparations must ensure that the opening ceremony becomes one of the most impressive and spectacular highlights of Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2026.
