On the evening of September 1, at April 2 Square (Nha Trang ward), the Organizing Committee of Miss World 2026 held a dress rehearsal for the "Hello Vietnam - Hello World" program to review the performance content, technical aspects, and organizational work, preparing for the official program taking place on the evening of September 2. Attending the rehearsal was Ms. Thai Thi Le Hang - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Khanh Hoa Province.

At the main stage by the beach, technical, logistics, and performance crews ran the program according to the script. The sound, lighting, LED screen systems, and performance contents were checked and adjusted. Contestants performed group dances and solo performances in groups.

According to the plan, the official program will start at 8:30 PM and end at 10:30 PM on September 2. Prior to that, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, red carpet guest welcoming activities will take place; from 7:00 PM to 7:50 PM is an art program celebrating National Day on September 2. After the opening with the medley "Strong Vietnam" and "Joining Hands to Build a Green Earth", the program will enter the national costume performance "Dances of the World". The program will be livestreamed on the platforms of Miss World, Miss World Vietnam, Zalo Video, YouTube; and recorded by VTV8.
The performance features 111 contestants of Miss World 2026, divided into 4 regional groups: the Americas and the Caribbean with 28 contestants; Africa with 25 contestants; Europe with 32 contestants; Asia and Oceania with 26 contestants. In each group, contestants perform a group dance, followed by individual solo performances. The costumes are inspired by the national culture of the countries and territories represented by the contestants.
Next is the performance "Global Descendants of Hung Kings", with the participation of World Record Holder, Honorary Professor-Doctor Tran Van Muoi along with 10 beauty queens and runners-up. The program is expected to announce and present awards including: Dance of the World Costume and World Fashion Designer Award. After this program, the contestants will continue with the final activities of Miss World 2026 in Khanh Hoa, before the final night scheduled for the evening of September 5 at April 2 Square.
