From July 10 to 19, the “Coastal Flavor - Summer Melody” Food Festival will take place at the coastal park area opposite Tue Tinh Street (Nha Trang Ward). This activity is part of the event series under the 2026 Khanh Hoa Sea Festival program.
The festival will be a unique combination of culinary culture and vibrant music programs held each night with specific themes and musical genres. In particular, on the first night (July 10), audiences and diners will be introduced to signature dishes of the “land of agarwood and swallows' nests” by artisans and chefs who are members of the Khanh Hoa Culinary Culture Association; combined with artistic bartender performances, fire dancing, and performances by singers Ana Kim, Sume Dang, and more.
During the following nights (July 11 to 14), in addition to enjoying delicious food with the characteristic flavors of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa and other regions across the country, locals and tourists will also be able to immerse themselves in Vinahouse, Acoustic, and EDM music nights.

The night of July 15 will officially open the “Coastal Flavor - Summer Melody” Food Festival with live stage cooking demonstrations, bartender performances, and musical acts by singers Xuan Trang and Thao Xuan. Notably, on the night of July 18, the culinary space will honor street food art, featuring a variety of dishes ranging from affordable to high-end, prepared and served in a street-food style.
Finally, the gala night (July 19) will conclude this notable culinary event with EDM melodies performed by singers Yen Phuong, Mai Chi, DJ Moon, and others. Along with that, signature dishes featuring the distinct flavors of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa will be served as a message inviting diners to return for their future journeys.
