Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Long Bien affirmed that Khanh Hoa is a locality with a rich tradition of studiousness, always valuing knowledge and the development of reading culture. In this development journey, books have always played a crucial role as a foundation for nurturing intellect, enriching the soul, and sparking the aspiration to rise. He requested that in the coming time, all levels and sectors should continue to focus on developing reading culture; build a modern and friendly library system; strengthen the application of technology to gradually form a reading environment in the digital space; build a learning society; and ensure that every opened book opens a new horizon for the younger generation, nurturing dreams, tempering willpower, and fueling the aspiration to contribute to the sustainable development of the homeland and the country.
