The art program was structured into 4 chapters featuring 12 exceptional performances. Opening the program was a medley consisting of "Hail to the Communist Party of Vietnam," "Vietnam, Spring Has Come," and "The Party Has Given Us a Spring," performed by the collective artists of the Provincial Traditional Art Theater. The singing, dancing, musical, and choral performances were elaborately and artistically staged by actors and singers from the Provincial Traditional Art Theater, with the coordination of the Hai Dang Dance Troupe, the choir of the Nong Lam University - Ninh Thuan Campus, children's groups, and other art units.
The performances recreated the glorious historical journey of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the revolutionary traditions of the Provincial Party Committee; reflected the country's achievements during the renovation process; and expressed love for the homeland and country, as well as the pride and faith of the people in the Party's leadership. Through this, it strongly spread the spirit of unity and the aspiration to rise, encouraging cadres, party members, and all walks of life to continue competing in labor and production, and joining efforts to build an increasingly developed homeland and country.

The program concluded with the song "Khanh Hoa Rising in a New Era." The heroic and emotional melody of the song closed the art night in an atmosphere of excitement and pride, serving as a milestone affirming the determination for renewal and the strong aspiration to rise of the Party Committee, the government, and the people of Khanh Hoa province in the new phase.
