The provincial-level highlight is the program “Khánh Hòa's Colorful Strides” hosted by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, taking place from 6:30 to 22:30 on November 24 at the April 2 Square area and Tuệ Tĩnh Park, Nha Trang Ward. It begins with the dancesport performance “New Vitality”, followed by a walking parade along Trần Phú Street featuring áo dài, áo bà ba, and traditional ethnic costumes. The day also features community art programs and cultural exchanges among associations, groups, and clubs.
Also on this day, the province will hold a ceremony to receive the certificate recognizing the “Belief in worshiping Goddess Thiên Y A Na/Po Inu Nagar” as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage and a launching ceremony for donations of artifacts and documents regarding Trường Sa. The program will conclude with an award ceremony and the announcement of works from the contest for composing new songs about Khánh Hòa at the stage next to Trầm Hương Tower. On this occasion, locally managed relics will open free of charge to welcome residents and visitors.
A new feature of the program is that the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism plays the role of ensuring organizational conditions such as the stage, sound, lighting, and professional support. The content is voluntarily registered by associations, groups, and clubs, creating conditions for people to directly participate in creating and enjoying cultural values.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province presided over the organization of the Mass Arts Festival celebrating the 96th anniversary of the Foundation Day of the Vietnam National United Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2026), in conjunction with the Great National Unity Day in residential areas. To date, the festival has completed 8 performance clusters with the participation of 64 communes and wards. The public gala performance is scheduled to take place on November 13 at the Provincial Children's Cultural Palace.

| Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyễn Long Biên delivered the concluding remarks at the meeting. |
In his concluding remarks at the meeting, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Long Bien highly appreciated the proactivity and preparation efforts of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, along with relevant agencies, units, and localities. He requested all levels and sectors to thoroughly grasp the guiding viewpoints and fully understand the special significance of Vietnam Culture Day 2026 associated with the Great National Unity Day. This is an important occasion to honor traditional cultural values, bring culture deep into social life, and enable every citizen not only to enjoy but also to directly participate in creating and enriching national cultural values. Therefore, the activities must become an extensive cultural campaign from the provincial to grassroots levels, taking the People as the main subject and residential communities as the center, thereby leaving a profound mark right from the inaugural organization. The organization must ensure practicality, effectiveness, safety, and economy, focus on community bonding values, and strictly avoid ostentation, formalism, and waste.
Comrade Nguyen Long Bien requested the simultaneous organization of activities across 880 residential areas throughout the province, with rich content suited to the specific characteristics of each locality. The activities should focus on honoring and promoting traditional culture, including culinary culture, especially in areas with large ethnic minority populations. Localities that have not yet issued their plans must promptly finalize them right on October 26. Plans must clearly assign personnel, tasks, and expected results, and be thoroughly communicated to each village and residential group. Each locality should proactively select highlight activities that clearly showcase its distinct identity, organize them in a series convenient for public participation; proactively allocate funding, and develop plans to ensure security and order, traffic safety, environmental sanitation, as well as fire prevention and control before, during, and after the events.
The leaders of the Provincial People's Committee directed units and localities to maximize cultural spaces and effectively mobilize the system of cultural, sports, and tourism institutions. Relics and museums should extend their opening hours, offering free admission or discounted tickets to serve the People. The Khanh Hoa Tourism Association and the Culinary Association were assigned to coordinate the organization of a large-scale culinary culture space, combined with folk games and competitions to introduce regional and local culinary culture. The Department of Finance must urgently submit a timely fund allocation plan for localities. Along with that, it is necessary to step up communication and dissemination through the grassroots broadcasting system to every residential area, mobilizing people from all walks of life to respond, thereby contributing to preserving and promoting traditional cultural identities and strengthening the great national unity block.
