According to Meritorious Artist and PhD Hoang Duan, General Director of the Nha Trang Sea Festival 2026 opening ceremony, the opening program on the evening of July 17 will feature performances by famous singers such as: Hoa Minzy, Duc Phuc, Dong Hung, Pham Anh Khoa, Lam Bao Ngoc, Nguyen Thu Hang (2015 Sao Mai winner), the group Oplus, rapper Ram C, and Truong Thuy Duong (2019 national Sao Mai winner in light music style). Additionally, the program will feature singers, artists, and performers from various artistic units, military units, and several localities within the province. The opening night will also feature appearances by groups of artists and performers from South Korea, India, Vanuatu, Russia, Laos, Japan, France, and more.

In the opening program, singer Hoa Minzy will perform the following songs for the audience: Cung nhau ta thap sang (Let's Light It Up Together), Bat tinh yeu len (Turn On the Love), An gi day (What to Eat); singer Duc Phuc will perform the song Mua he tuyet voi (Wonderful Summer); singers Dong Hung, Lam Bao Ngoc, and Ram C will perform the medley La day Nha Trang (This Is Nha Trang) - Ho vuon minh (Rising Shout); rocker Pham Anh Khoa will stir up the night with Pho bien (Sea City)... In particular, during the final part of the opening ceremony, the audience will enjoy performances featuring many famous singers at once, such as the song Yeu lam Khanh Hoa oi (So Much Love for Khanh Hoa) performed by Nguyen Thu Hang, Truong Thuy Duong, and Ram C; and the medley Phu Dong thien vuong - Khanh Hoa chao ngay moi (Khanh Hoa Greets a New Day) - We are the world with singers Duc Phuc, Truong Thuy Duong, Ram C, Pham Anh Khoa, Lam Bao Ngoc, and Oplus.
The Carnival Festival - Float Parade program on the evening of July 18 will feature famous singers such as Pham Quynh Anh, SWAN, LighT, and more, along with Khanh Hoa-born singers Chu Chu and the group Giai dieu Viet. The singers and music groups will treat the audience to youthful, vibrant performances suitable for a street festival atmosphere, such as the mashups: "Vao ha (Entering Summer) - Loi yeu thuong (Words of Love)"; "Nang vang, bien xanh va anh (Golden Sun, Blue Sea, and You)"; "Bai ca tom ca (Song of Shrimp and Fish)"; "Vong tay nang (Sunlit Arms)"; "Vinh ngoc bung sang (Shining Bay Gem) - Viet Nam tinh hoa (Vietnamese Quintessence)"; "Di du dua di (Let's Go Out)"; "We lit the show"; "Khanh Hoa thanh pho tuong lai (Khanh Hoa, City of the Future)", and more. For the closing ceremony of the Nha Trang Sea Festival 2026, the audience will be able to see and enjoy the voices of singers: Phuc Bo, JC Hung, Chu Chu, Lam Phuc, the group BB Star, rapper Rick, and more. Over the course of approximately 90 minutes, the singers will present the audience with songs that are both deeply connected to their homeland and country, and filled with youthful, vibrant energy, such as: Khanh Hoa niem tin toa sang (Khanh Hoa - Shining Faith); Nha toi co treo mot la co (I Hang a Flag at My House); Chung ta la nguoi Viet Nam (We Are Vietnamese); Khuc nhac vui (Happy Music); I’m in love; Ben nhau dem nay (Together Tonight); Nha Trang oi (Oh Nha Trang)...

Contributing to the impressiveness of the main programs of the Nha Trang Sea Festival 2026 is the event's stage. According to Ms. Nguyen Phuong Lam, General Director of the Nha Trang Sea Festival 2026, the stage for this year's Sea Festival is built on the core concept of a "vibrantly colorful ocean," using the image of a wave as the central emotional axis, representing both the softness and the strength characteristic of Nha Trang's own breath. The center of the stage expands into multiple levels and layers, creating the feeling of rising waves that embrace the entire 2/4 Square and the audience areas. The stage design language leans toward curves, blue lighting, moving LEDs, and mapping technology, combined with rotating floors and lifting platforms to create modern cinematic effects that are flexible in scene transitions. The symmetrical layout, rich in depth, ensures that the audience, whether watching on television or directly at the square, will be impressed. The stage image conveys the message: Khanh Hoa is not only a land of heritage and marine tourism, but also a "gem" that is shining, ready to integrate, and reach international stature with youthful, confident, and ambitious energy.
