On September 18, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa Province organized the 2026 Mass Arts Festival in Emulation Cluster No. 2. The event aimed to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front (November 18, 1930 – November 18, 2026) and Vietnam Culture Day on November 24. Attending the event was Comrade Nguyen Trung Dung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

Emulation Cluster No. 2 featured the participation of 8 arts troupes from the communes of Dien Dien, Dien Khanh, Dien Lac, Dien Tho, Suoi Hiep, Suoi Dau, Cam Hiep, and Cam Lam. The teams brought 24 elaborately prepared performances across various artistic forms.
The performances praised the Party and President Ho Chi Minh; expressed love for the homeland and nation, the tradition of great national unity, and local accomplishments in construction and development. The judging panel scored based on artistic quality, content, performance format, costumes, stage presence, and prescribed criteria.

The festival was an opportunity for cadres, youth union members, association members, and local people to interact, showcase their talents, promote the strength of great national unity, and enhance cultural and spiritual life. Through this, the participating units also had the opportunity to learn, share experiences, and help strengthen solidarity among localities within the cluster.

At the end of the competition day in Emulation Cluster No. 2, the Organizing Committee awarded First Prize to the Cam Lam Commune arts troupe; Second Prize went to the Suoi Hiep Commune arts troupe. The arts troupes of Dien Lac Commune and Suoi Dau Commune tied for Third Prize; the remaining teams received Fourth Prize.
